Our Chief Executive, Mark was in hotel management from 1981 to 1985 before moving into Information Technology, since when he has been a supplier of IT exclusively to hotels and managed apartments

Keith Franklin

Keith has over 15 years of IT support experience, mostly in the corporate hotel sector. He specialises in providing practical and effective support and training, both on-site and via the Hotech helpdesk

Rob Franklin

Rob is the Hotech server specialist, having focused on the support of mission-critical hardware and software for most of the last ten years. He is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician

Mark Rasdall

Mark manages the Hotech web presence. He has over twenty five years of experience in the advertising industry, managing websites, databases and information research functions for clients

Ian Franklin

Our kiosk specialist, Ian's background in business psychology and ergonomics gives him a unique insight into the requirements of kiosk users. He has a wealth of experience in kiosk design and implementation, including a lead role in a project that deployed 10,000 kiosks in 1,200 locations
