We offer a range of internet access services to hotel guests:

Kiosks

We have been supplying and maintaining kiosk PCs since 1999, when we installed our first public internet kiosk at a Thistle hotel in Marble Arch, London. Our kiosk product has undergone numerous revisions since then, and still proves very popular with guests - our busiest hotel, the Park Plaza at County Hall, London, currently averages over one thousand guest sessions per month. Most of our kiosk clients only have one or two kiosk PCs, but our largest, the Langham hotel in London, has six. Our kiosk comes in two versions – the simple web browser, and the more fully-featured Business Centre

Wireless Networks

We were early-adopters of wireless networking, and installed our first guest wireless hotspots in 2001, at the Marriott hotel in Swindon and at the Hilton at Heathrow Terminal 4. We were the first in the UK to offer this service to hotels, and had to obtain a special license from the UK Radiocommunications Authority to broadcast the WiFi signals. We currently look after small and large wireless networks, from single wireless routers providing free hotspots to much larger networks of up to 40 wireless points, with secured access provided via a password-controlled login.

Wired Networks

Whilst wireless is a convenient means of obtaining network access, many (particularly corporate) users prefer the speed, security, and reliability of wired data networks. We provide wired networks to hotel bedrooms and conference rooms. In bedrooms this can be presented as a simple data outlet socket on the wall by the desk, or via a self-retracting cable reel. In conference rooms we can provide multi-port switches to enable up to 48 users to connect at once.
